Project Manager (m/f)

Job brief

Green River Media is looking for an outstanding Project Manager for permanent employment at our Sarajevo office, to manage the organisation of key client projects. We are seeking a person with an appetite for work who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can learn rapidly and is eager to master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain project documentation 
• Manage project risks, schedule, budget and delivery
• Coordinate internal and third party resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage the resource schedule 
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Technical Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of proven working experience as a project administrator in the Information Technology sector
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering for technical project managers
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets, with business acumen

Other requirements

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Willing to travel internationally, as and when required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
