We are currently looking for experienced team lead / senior software developer

Job description

You will act as main team lead on a cutting-edge project / start-up. where you will have opportunity to shape and influence project in many different ways.  You will be leading medium size (5+) development team. Your responsibilities (among others) will include setting-up architecture, structuring project, communication with end-client and scaling-up team. You will be expected to travel to Scandinavia on quarterly basis. 

Requirements

• Great leadership abilities
• Ability to bring the best out of disparate group of individuals
• Extensive experience in .NET
• Experience from one or several cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.)
• Understanding of agile software development (scrum in particular)
• Good communication skills in English language 
• Not afraid to learn and step into unknown
