Core network engineer 

If you are considering the challenge of Core network engineer position in the telecommunications field, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. As Core network engineer you will work within the Serbia office organization and report to the Project manager/Core network manager. The contract type is 1 year fixed-term through outsourcing agency with possibility of extension. 

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the products and solutions as well as for "After sales" technical support in the field of core network networks.
• Supporting our customers from any technical perspective, and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts.
• Be responsible for all after sales support of core network in the Bosnia and Herzegovina market.
• Project Implementation and technical control of its suppliers or partners.
• Level 1 / Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section.
• Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners. Sales for testing, bidding or holding workshops. 

Requirements:  

• Degree in telecommunications, that you are core network engineer of telecom area or other relevant training.
• Have more than 3 years’ experience in Telecom area.
• One of the following technologies: core networks including IMS, Packet Core, HLR/HSS is an advantage.
• Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication ability.
• The candidate with the appropriate after-sales service and technical service experience from established European Telecom operators are preferred.
• Fluent language skills in English, both spoken and written are an absolute requirement.
• Passionate, motivated and committed.
