For our Sarajevo office we are looking for:  

Business Assistant (1 position)

Job description:  

1)      Responsible for daily market information collection and record, etc.

2)      Responsible for meeting business reception, translation and summary arrangement.

3)      Assist public relationship maintenance

4)      Responsible for project bidding document preparation and checking.

5)      Office daily comprehensive administration.

6)      Office file management 

Education: 

bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or financial accounting, fresh out of college or 1-2 years after graduation. 

Other conditions: 

• limited Graduated from Sarajevo International University or University of Sarajevo or International BURCH University Sarajevo
• good public relations, 
• positive and responsible attitude to work, 
• developed communication skills,
• Good at communication, sense of responsibility, and details oriented.
• tendency to team work

Language:  Besides mother language, the knowledge of English is required
