Job Brief 

Green River Media are looking for a Digital Marketer to join the team at our Sarajevo office on a permanent basis. We are seeking an individual with ambition to pursue a career in digital marketing, who can learn new techniques quickly. The role will be predominantly based around building the GRM brand, however, may also include occasional work on our client projects. 

Responsibilities 

• Support the GRM marketing strategy by writing blogs, guides, white papers and other pieces of content that appeal to Heads of Marketing/IT in the UK. 
• Liaise with GRM Account Managers and clients to create testimonials and case studies. 
• Manage content on the GRM website, ensuring freshness, accuracy and SEO optimisation. 
• Drafting monthly email marketing campaigns. 
• Regular analysis of client websites via SEMrush, CrazyEgg, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. 
• Carry out SEO audits with post-audit recommendations and provide weekly and/or monthly SEO reports. 
• Managing the GRM social media channels, including planning, scheduling, delivering and measuring organic/paid social media campaigns. 
• Support the Sales team with marketing material. 
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, identifying ways that we can further help our clients and increase our knowledge internally.  

Requirements 

• Advanced proficiency in English language (written and verbal) 
• Experience with social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram 
• Excellent problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills 
• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines 
• Ability to work and thrive in an internationally fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and digital techniques 
• Bachelor's degree in English, IT or Business is highly beneficial 
• Experience in Content Management Systems is highly beneficial 
• Experience in content development is highly beneficial
