Plant Director (m/f)

For our Client, successful international production company, we are seeking for experienced and dedicated candidates for the position based in Banja Luka:

Plant Director

Required qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Technical field of study
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience on similar position 
• Fluent knowledge of English language 
• Excellent with MS Office

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations 
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus 
• Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Develop, implement and commit to plant safety procedures
• Ensure that all staff receives appropriate training on job duties
• Provide coaching and mentoring and conduct evaluations of all subordinate members of the team
• Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and applicable regulations

Candidate’s profile:

• Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
• Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
