Disperse is a VC-backed artificial intelligence construction startup focused on improving on-site productivity with the help of computer vision. Our goal is to not just be part of the current wave of construction innovation upstarts, but to ultimately reimagine the way building projects are designed, delivered and operated.
We are currently working on some of the largest projects in London and provide a solution that automates progress review and issue detection to instantly identify any problem on-site. We have ambitions to expand significantly in the coming year to build an engine of growth that scales our solution, and that means we are looking for new passionate and proactive top talent to join the team.
We move at a high speed, and will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creation and leadership. Our diverse, international team is based in London, Oxford, Sarajevo and Yerevan, and has wealth of experience from construction management to computer vision and robotics.
ROLE
We’re looking for a versatile Architect to join our team. Someone who can quickly take ownership across a variety of roles, from supporting the deployment of our product, project managing the delivery and quality across customer accounts, analysing architectural documentation, to supporting the design of our product and processes. The job of an architect at Disperse isn’t like your typical architect gig. We harness the characteristics that come naturally to architects: creative problem-solvers, being bottomless idea wells, superhuman work ethics, and the ability to adapt on the fly - and unleash these across the business. You’ll find yourself as part-construction and architecture specialist, part-digital product designer, part-business strategist, as well as the voice of the industry.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that we onboard new projects, project manage their delivery and deliver value to our customers from day one. It’ll be your job to create the connection between our customer's construction plans, the construction site and our product. You’ll be working in our architecture team, as well closely with our customers, product and computer vision teams. You’ll be experiencing first-hand what it takes to scale up a tech startup and will get the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the world (e.g. Renzo Piano’s Shard Place, Wood Wharf).
NOTE: This role is available in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and/or in Yerevan (Armenia). Strictly non-remote.

REQUIREMENTS
You should apply if:

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- You have professional experience at an architectural office
- You have a good understanding of the construction process
- You’re customer-obsessed

- You're a quick learner who picks up new skills, digital tools and information quickly
- Strong Proficiency in English
