The position of the Partner Success Manager (PSM) is a part of Operator Partnerships organization structure. Partner Success Managers are in charge of maintaining and expanding established connectivity partnerships with mobile operators through the ascension of strong and professional relationships with Infobip's partners in MENA region.

 

The ideal candidate will have a combination of account management and technical background with strong communication and analytical skills. He/She will be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between company's objectives and operator’s requirements. To be successful in this role PSMs should be detailed oriented, have admirable excel skills, excellent product knowledge and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

 

The goal is to ensure long-term profitable relationships with our partners and help accelerate the expansion of our company's connectivity in MENA region.

 

You know you are doing a good job when:

  • Serve as the link of communication between Infobip’s connectivity partners and internal teams
  • Oversee current connections and up-sell existing partners for new Infobip's services
  • Draft new offers and prices negotiation
  • Handle legal requirements, documentation, services specifications etc.
  • Route intelligence – collect information about general connectivity
  • Accounts monitoring and servicing (monthly payments and invoicing; regular monitoring and analysis of traffic in cooperation with internal departments; discrepancy tracking and approval etc.)
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (focus on commitments and prepaid packages)
  • Following industry trends end feeding market information into other departments.
  • Development and improvement of internal tools for our connectivity partners
  • Ensure that quality standards are met and best connectivity cooperation established
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics (testing and analysis of tasting results, comparison on the profitability of different connectivity models etc.)
  • Procurement of new connectivity
  • Providing professional support to enhance customer's dedication
  • Negotiating new sales agreements that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements and goals
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the partner and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Communication with regulatory agencies, reporting and statistical analysis
  • Serve as a “voice of partners” inside the company collecting information throughout company’s departments and feeding information to shareholders on monthly or quarterly bases

More about you:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent engineering background with minimum 1 years’ experience in account management or project management.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new things.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical skills and passion towards technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in an international business environment is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
