• Have strong work ethical values
• Presentable and professional outlook and attitude
• Disciplined work approach
• Experienced in fine dining
• Excellent command in English language.
• Fluency in Arabic and Russian is a plus
• Knowledgeable in food & hygiene sanitation standards
• Have cashiering skills and knowledge of Micros
• Have the decent attitude and passion to do the job
• Flexible and able hand on working style
• Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
• Excellent communication and organizational skill
• Have culinary, beverage and wine knowledge
