Technical sales person (m/f)

MHP Seal Engineering Zenica is a Distribution and an Engineering company, which is the Authorized Distributor of A.W.Chesterton International, Inc. USA, as well as many other West European and USA based companies, serving the Bosnian & Herzegovinian Industry.

To support further expansion of our sales force, at our office in Zenica, Bosnia & Herzegovina, we are looking for a highly motivated and capable candidate for the position of 

1. TECHNICAL SALES PERSON

(One position / Technical background)

Responsibilities:

• To provide Technical support to our Industrial Customers;
• To search the Industry for relevant applications by contact and visits to new customers; 
• To clarify with customers technical issues and obtain necessary Data;
• To participate in project activities and project implementation;
• To create technical documentation and to come up with new ideas;
• To research and compare product features and benefits;
• To create solution oriented visual presentations;
• To prepare offers and technical support documentation.

Requirements:

• University degree not mandatory but should have previous experience in Technical Sales;
• Technical background is a must;
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking (is mandatory);
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD (AutoCAD, Solid-Works) program packages is a plus;
• Active driver – B Category - Clean;
• Ability to work as a team member;
• Initiative to make decisions and to resolve problems;
• Excellent verbal communication with the people in and out of the company;
• Self initiative to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and visits;
• Ability to acquire and analyze information and data;
• Ability to create and present solutions;
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
• Willingness for advancement and continuous learning;
• To pocess high level of organizational and analytical skills;
• Previous relevant work experience - Will be considered as a big advantage;
• Must have a Business oriented logic to know how to increase his Sales;
• A complete training program is provided, locally and at various Training Centers;   
• Salary is commission based, unlimited, with a very good percentage.
