Sales Manager 

PURPOSE

 

CT-TECHNOLOGIES are looking for a pro-active and experienced Sales Manager for our subsidiary in Sarajevo. You will support on growing the company’s local and regional presence within the cold storage and food processing industry. 

 

OBJECTIVES

 

Creation and development of sales in the Balkans region. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of sales activities within all relevant industries related to CT-TECHNOLOGIES’ scope of business (cold storage, food processing, etc)
  • Preparing and establishing sales objectives and goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions 
  • Ensure that objectives and goals within sales are achieved 
  • Submit financial and technical proposals/quotations to clients
  • Preparation of all necessary information for Project Managers in relation to secured projects
  • Preparation of technical solutions and advice regarding choice of materials and equipment.
  • Negotiations and finalization of sales
  • Creating and maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least Bachelor Degree in a technical field (Civil Engineering) or commercial education with experience in a technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience within the food or construction industry
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the Balkans region
  • Highly flexible and independent person that is able to take initiative
  • Being able to work under pressure to ensure that proposals and projects are finished on time
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional networking skills
  • Strong commitment for sales success
  • Goal oriented
  • Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge in IT; e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel within the Balkans region
