UX / UI Designer

We’re looking for UI/UX Designer to join our awesome and fast growing team. This individual will be a key player and an expert in designing intuitive user experiences and beautiful user interfaces across all platforms. The right candidate will need to be a team player that enjoys casual and dynamic work environment. Our ideal team member is an expert in user experience, design patterns, interactive design, and comfortable designing anything from complex web pages apps to beautiful mobile applications.

Strong familiarity with up-to-date best practices for responsive design on the web, iOS (including Apple's human interface guidelines), and Android (including Google's Material Design language) is required.

You’ll be the primary designer and subject matter expert on each of your projects' agile teams. You'll work alongside an Agile Project Manager in a team of web & mobile developers to consistently deliver high-quality user experience and user interface designs for your projects.

Responsibilities

• Ability to improve existing and create new design web and mobile solutions
• Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex systems
• Create wireframes, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with user experience and user interface design
• Experience and confidence with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks like Bootstrap
• Strong knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio of relevant work
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the agile project management methodology and iterative approach
