Summary:
The executive of HSE overall management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of health, safety and environmental systems.
- Responsible for installing and maintaining health, safety and environmental systems.
- Responsible for configuring and upgrading health, safety and environmental systems.
- Need to ensure that they work as per the set industry norms and also adhere to the company policies 5, while designing and maintaining the systems.
- Required to carry out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis.
- Need to assess the risk involved in working on the systems and work upon reducing it.
- Must stay updated with the knowledge about latest techniques and work as per them.
- Responsible for providing quality systems to their clients.
- Need to see to it that new standards are adopted.
- Need to monitor the performance of the health, safety and environmental systems and make the required modifications.
- Need to educate the health, safety and environmental systems users about the correct way of using these systems.
- Need to make regular reports regarding the system performance and new developments.
Qualifications:
- University graduated, Related fields with a minimum of 8 years working experience.
- Language: English, One of the Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian; CHINESE IS Priority.
- Knowledge of computer software, Word & Excel & PPT for documentation.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible, have the ability to multi-task and handle pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as well as analyzing reports .
