Customer Support Associate (m/f)

For our Client, the production company JAKSCHE TECHNOLOGY D.O.O in Laktaši/Aleksandrovac (Bosnia/Herzegovina) we are seeking to recruit at the earliest possible date 

Customer Support Assistant (m/f)

Employee Contract: full-time 

Qualification: 

• Completed commercial or technical education and ideally already working experience in Customer Support
• Organizational talent and enjoy communicating
• ERP knowledge
• MS Office knowledge - especially Excel
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing

Tasks and Responsibility: 

• Order processing
• Coordination between customer and production
• Processing of delivery documents for the dispatch of orders 

As part of this activity, you will work in our production plant in Bosnia (Jaksche Technology d.o.o.). You convince by many years of experience, preferably in the plastics industry and in the automotive industry. You are used to working interculturally and multilingual.
