Regional Manager (m/f)

Due to a fast expansion of our organization, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to fill the Regional Manager position and perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. We are looking for talent and dedication, rather than specific experience.
Regional Manager
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple branches in the wider Banja Luka region
- Train and support employees in the region
- Manage resources, shifts, and cash flow in the branches
- Maintain high work efficiency and service quality in the region
- Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns in the region
- Communicate with HQ for different business activities
- Perform regular quality checks
- Participate in regular planning and meetings
- Report directly to the Head of Customer Service Department
Requirements
- University degree
- Efficient in using MS Office and experience in using different software programs
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Sales oriented person with potential to manage different resources
- Flexibility for working hours and willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
- Possession of a driving license
- Possession of a car that can be used for your work travel
