We have dedicated teams that work with mobile network partners around the globe to create an OMNI channel of communication for our international clients that will be able to use the full potential of our platform.  As a Telecom Presales Engineer you will be in the center of Infobip's projects towards mobile network operators in a dedicated region.

Job Description

• You are involved in supporting the client acquisition process from the technical and organisational standpoint. 
• You thrive under pressure in live meetings with clients figuring out how to meet their requests while at the same time keeping their expectations realistic.  
• Your passion is defining a profitable scope of an international project and seeing it unfold into a success story through months of hard work. 
• You are proficient in project feasibility analyses.
• You are successful in coordinating Infobip’s efforts to submit RFx documentation.
• You constantly provide feedback to Product Managers on how to improve Infobip’s solutions. 

Qualifications

More about you:

• Your previous experience developed your expertise in organising ICT projects and now you’re looking for a high-growth challenge in a global ICT company.  
• You have strong engineering background and passion for IT and technology and understand the basics of GSM concepts.  
• You are a technology enthusiast who loves to pull up his sleeves and go into the gist of technical issues with engineers to find a solution which would fit the client’s needs.  
• You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence in a corporate environment.
• You speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, and have great command of English.
• You enjoy traveling to foreign countries.  
• You prefer collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
